Products designated as research materials by Peptide Distributions are offered strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, and research purposes.
Not for Human or Veterinary Use
Research products are not intended for human consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, implantation, veterinary use, cosmetic treatment, clinical treatment, or personal therapeutic use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
No Medical Advice
Peptide Distributions does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescribing services, dosing instructions, individualized treatment recommendations, injection guidance, or medical advice through the sale or distribution of research materials.
Purchaser Responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the possession, purchase, handling, storage, importation, research, and use of any product is lawful and appropriate in the purchaser's jurisdiction and research setting.
Qualified Handling
Purchasers are responsible for using appropriate laboratory procedures, training, protective equipment, storage practices, documentation, and disposal procedures suitable for the materials being handled.
No Misrepresentation
Purchasers agree not to misrepresent the intended purpose of research products and not to use Peptide Distributions' products, documentation, branding, or website content to suggest that a research material is approved or intended for human therapeutic use when it is not.
Independent Review of Information
Product descriptions, technical information, research summaries, and related materials are provided for informational and research-reference purposes only. Purchasers should independently evaluate relevant primary scientific literature, regulatory requirements, safety information, and appropriate laboratory procedures.
Age Requirement
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into an agreement.
Regulatory Compliance
Purchasers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, restrictions, licensing requirements, and research standards that may apply to their activities.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
Peptide Distributions reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel a transaction when there is reasonable concern that a product may be used inconsistently with its research-use designation, company policy, or applicable law.
Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing research-product information, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, creating an account, or completing a transaction with Peptide Distributions, the purchaser acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Research Use Agreement.
